People are creatures of comfort and many don’t like change. As consumers we tend to use the brand we’ve come to know and trust, repeatedly. The only way this type of loyalty is created is with consistency, along with a memorable experience.

As your business grows you will start to add a variety of marketing materials. You begin with a website, re-order business cards and introduce a brochure for a new service or product you have added. If you aren’t careful, it can become easily disjointed and the consistency of your brand can be lost. Your message can become fragmented and before you know it, all your marketing material doesn’t look like it belongs to your brand.
