People do business with people

“People do business with people, not with business.” This is a lesson that has stayed with me over the many years of running my own business.

People want to do business with people they know, like and trust. If there are two businesses side by side selling the same product for the same price, only one thing can make a difference… Customer service. So what makes a business have great customer service? People!

Everyone has different personality traits, values and culture, and this makes up their customer service style and their business personality.

I have promised myself to connect more on a personal basis with my clients, and this is why I would like to tell you more about the people behind Evoke Visual Creations, starting with myself!

I am Elisha Crismale, the owner and lead Graphic Designer of Evoke Visual Creations, but I am more than that. I want to tell you more about my personality and what traits make me great at what I do.

I am a young, confident businesswoman, driven by deadlines and helping others to meet their goals. I am highly professional, efficient, supportive and so very determined.

I am naturally creative, and I also love business strategy. I may seem pretty shy and quiet when you first meet me, but I can adapt well to different situations.

I do prefer to listen and ask questions which helps in my work in obtaining briefs and information about my clients and learning about you!

I am a self confessed perfectionist, I am organised and I like to be left alone when I work, hence why you may not get an answer if you call my mobile. Please don’t think I am rude or don’t want to talk to you, your project is as important to me as it is to you and if I’m “in the zone” working on your project I won’t be distracted.

So, who are you? As a small business owner, your personality is the foundation of your customer service, your customer experience, and even your business practices.

There may be many other businesses out there offering what you do. But those businesses don’t have you!
